With over 25 years of experience as a realtor, Kathy has been deeply involved with almost every aspect of the real estate industry. She's had over 1,500 successfully closed real estate transactions and was awarded the #1 Agent when she was with the Keller Williams Group One in Reno.
She was the former CEO Agent/Franchise Division of Keller Williams Realty International, and now leads The Kathy Courtney Group. Kathy is also a known national speaker and trainer on real estate sales and marketing who is also a practicing licensed mortgage broker, REO liaison for Ocwen Financial, and an industry consultant and expert witness.
As a lifelong equestrian, Kathy Courtney works with eXp Realty to blend her extensive real estate experience and love for residential, luxury, land, and equestrian property sales. At The Courtney Group, Kathy is charged with business development, spearheading the marketing efforts, and working as both a buyer and seller representative.
She currently resides in Reno, Nevada, spending her home time on RedStar Ranch with her daughter Anna. Together they breed and train competitive driving miniature horses.
